I am in the middle of of developing simple, efficient POS software - due to the fact complicated ones absolutely do my head in! Anyhows, iv got a blog here: http://emssolutions.blogspot.com/ where all updates on the project will be posted.

I would like yourselves to perhaps suggest small features for the software that make your life (and everyone elses) easier on a epos system and if your feature gets implemented you can obtain a free copy of the software (after completion) so remember to leave your email address with your suggestion .

It seems that you are giving away 5 free copies or a free copy to someone if their suggestion is used, otherwise it is £200 (324.88 USD) per till. So while a very few copies of your software will be free, for the vast majority of folks your software for a modest 3 register store would be £600 (974.64 USD). Or one free copy (if you're lucky) and £400 (649.76 USD) for the other two. Can you check my math on that? I assume that the Trial/Demo versions would be free but would they work for only a limited time or only have limited features?

So rather that having a subject line for this thread of "FREE TOUCHSCREEN POS SOFTWARE" would it not be more accurate to say "A possible free copy of moderately priced POS software"?

BTW, your link http://emss.000space.com/ returns a "The page cannot be displayed" error.

I apologise I wasn't very clear - I will be bringing out a free version (without nag screens, etc) that wont include some features that will be in the paid version. I haven't decided yet on these.

5 Features will be implemented by suggestion, therefore 5 copies will be given away.

The price has been sorted - it's supposed to be £200 per license - so you only need 1 license for your entire shop. £200 for as many tills as you wish. And, yes, the demo/trial versions will be free - 60 days of evaluation time.

Yeah btw you're not missing out on the site that's not working for you - there's not much on it just now until i get it finished.
