I'm not too keen on FreePOS. I tried it for a while then I went straight back to DHPOS.

Too Hard to configure & not worth the effort :!:

FreePOS V4 Released - www.Positive-Feedback.Net

Post by FreePOSV4 » Sun Aug 20, 2006 12:02 pm

FreePOS V4 touch screen restaurant POS software now includes hundreds of new features including biometric security, palm computer support and much more. As always, the software is FREE to download and use on two computers.

Also be sure to check out our new Accounting For Dining system and FreedomCardz gift card software.

We also have upcoming training classes for people who would like advanced training in FreePOS. The next classes are in:

Roanoke, VA
Las Vegas NV
West Palm Beach FL.

You can register for the classes at our main website.

We have developed FreePOS as a cost effective alternative to the big POS software vendors. If you would like a feature added to the software or if you have an idea for its improvement, please do not hesitate to let us know. We are working on some neat stuff in V5 (to be released in 2007) which will include: charge to account & room service functions, a multi-site fee-less gift & loyalty card system as well as a powerful new system called FreeVIP which allows Very Important People to be tracked in a country-club environment.

Thanks for Dale Harris for allowing us to post our new release information periodically.
