Simple Machines Forum

Post by dhUser » Tue Apr 18, 2006 4:41 pm

I just installed and tried ther Simple Machines Forum. It looks very promising and possibly it will be the new forum software. Some features include
- Attach files in post
- Easy updates
- Better formatting tools in posts
- Nice Admin Controls
- Subforms in categories such as
Category 1
Category 1A
Category 1B

Any downsides you know of?

I DO NOT Reccomend using Simple Machines (SMF) It has a LARGE security hole which has caused PWEB Networks to go down before phpBB is your best shot beacuse phpBB3 Olympus will be released some time this month

I REALLY Reccomend you remove it
