"Bad Record number in Line 2 of module FILINFO2 at address 122C:9284"
Crashes system after "Hit any key" prompt to return to system.
I ran Reports, entered my userID, chose report "History by Stock Number", selected 1 month of history, and all items.
Thanks in advance for any help in squishing this one.
And, yes, sales history is enabled on my system and there are actual sales to report on. (smile)

Problems
Hey Dave, it's a big program how about giving me some hints on where the problems are?
On the first two what are you trying to do when the errors occur?
On the "history" thing is the error in the file or the program. Go to the "Sales history" feature of the POSCONFG.EXE program and look at the raw data file. Is the raw data correct?

This is not a series of bugs, it is only one and it occurs under the circumstances I described in my post:
"I ran Reports, entered my userID, chose report "History by Stock Number", selected 1 month of history, and all items."
Upon pressing the Enter key, I got the following message from the system:
"Bad Record number in Line 2 of module FILINFO2 at address 122C:9284"
"Press Any Key to Return to System"
After pressing a key DHPOS quit and I was returned to Windows.
My examination of the sales history data shows the data looks fine.
Sorry if all this wasn't clear the first time.
If you don't mind, please check your email for a private message from me. Just wanted to say a couple things that don't need to be discussed here.
thanks for any help you can offer for the bug. We use that report a lot.
