Censorship with DHPOS

So, my the company that does the website blocking for
Tennessee (and thus, my school district) decided that dhpos.com
fell under the following circumstances:
"Web sites that have been identified as providing inappropriate content are blocked. This determination is based upon the categorization of the website. Content identified as inappropriate includes, but is not limited to:
Adult-oriented material
Illegal material
Racist or hate-oriented material
School cheating material
Please note the following when requesting a review of a site:
Sites categorized as Free Pages (e.g. http://groups.yahoo.com, http://mywebpages.comcast.net, etc.) are blocked by default as both appropriate and inappropriate information can be posted. Specific Free Page sites can be unblocked once ENA is able to verify that the content does not provide access to inappropriate material.
If you believe a site is blocked due to being incorrectly categorized or you would like ENA to review a Free Pages site, please Request a Site Review. ...."
That company is ENA. Well, I requested a site review and included
a very lengthy explanation as to my reason for that review. That
exmplanation included, but was certainly not limited to, the fact that
disabling access to this site (a) borderlined freedom of speech and could
have been counted as political influencial blocking. and (b) prevented
me, as a young developer, from learning and distributing my software.
At any rate, my irateness resulted in the site being un-blocked today.
Thanks to ENA for accepting my request.

Dylan,
Good job with the explanation.
By the way, in my school district I attend, they block certain websites. They use Websense, which is 70% useless. 95% of the time the page stating it is blocked also has a Continue button, as well as a back button. There are some that you can not continue to (ex. myspace).
