Library Cataloging Software request

I would like you to make a Library Cataloging program. Here are the features I would like:
- Inventory Manager (add/delete books), Fields: ISBN, author, title, Library of Congress (LOC) number
Returns
Search (author, title, ISBN, LOC #)
Reciept Printer Support
Checkout
Librarian Manager

One other feature I would like is barcode scanner support and (hopefully) barcode maker (the 2nd feature is not necessary.)

Well Andrew is working on something called LibraryToast - but hasn't announced much recently

I haven't had the opportunity to work on LibraryToast lately due to work commitments. However any progress will be on the website at
http://www.librarytoast.com , the system is planned to be web-based.
