Good thinking on your part! It is always wise to practice safe computing. First of all you should not believe anything that I have to say about this software as far as it being safe. So now what? Well check it out on the internet. This program has been out there since 2001. If it is a scam there will be plenty of warnings about it in cyberspace. Go to Google, Yahoo, ASK.COM and look up the program. You can check for a generic term such as...
POS SOFTWARE CASH REGISTER PROGRAM CASH REGISTER SOFTWARE Look for the heading for my program to appear which will be "FREE POS SOFTWARE / FREE CASH REGISTER PROGRAM" In most searches for these terms my program will show up in the top 5 listings, if not the first listing out of millions of hits. If you click on the link you will be right back to the main POS page for this site. It is not possible to come up at the top of a generic listing for a product if you are running a scam. So don't believe me but will you believe Google or Yahoo? The next thing to try would be to try a search for this specific software. You can search for the following...
"Dale Harris POS" DHPOS or any other description of the program you can think of. Check to see if there are any warnings about my software or downloading from my site. You can click http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/dhpos.com to see what McAfee (the folks behind Norton Antivirus) think about the safety of this site. Note http://pages.prodigy.net/daleharris/pos.htm and http://www.dhpos.com are mirror sites and only dhpos.com has been reviewed. You can check out the forum for my software at http://www.dhpos.com/discuss/phpbb3/viewforum.php?f=1. Although it is possible that I wrote the 5000+ postings. You can come to the DHPOS chat room at http://dhpos.com/pchat/ and ask questions. Although it is possible that I am pretending to be everyone there. You can call me on the phone at (773) 763-2076. This is my home phone so it is better to call me in the evening (Chicago time). Since there is no real money coming from the POS software, it is FREE after all, I have to have a day job or starve. You can send me a letter at 5654 N. Olcott, Chicago, IL 60631, or come over and knock on the door some evening. Check out the address on Google satellite or streetscape, it is an actual house not P.O. Box. If I was trying to pull something would I give you my home phone and address? So if this is really on the level and I get nothing for it, why am I doing it? Read this How DHPOS was born So I hope that you can stoke up your courage and download this thing and join the fun. |
