In regards to the printers, what do you mean run two printers of the sale
port? Can I use two Printer Parallel Ports on Cash Register? One for the sale receipts and the other for the kitchen.

Hello, I want to use Dale POS for a Restaurant. Is it possible to enter the food order and have it print out in the kitchen like this the chef knows what he has to cook. And then after the customer is done with the meal ring up the order, is this possible and how?

Dale and ..., I tried a new installation of POS on a different PC and using the Full Screen mode and I still have the same problem. I don't think it is my POS files. But,like CBL mentioned and I agree with him I am using the serial3.bat (windows)onlyfor the cash drawer and that's when the problem oc...

I also re-install and still have same problem. The desription of problem step by step: I enter the stock item , I press the + for total, print receipt to complete Sale, I hit tab key to bypass customer info, pay by cash or credit, enter amount tender, Prints out, but the register screen dissappears ...

How do re-install without ruining anything?

Please help!after entering amount tendered my screen does not come back! All it says is amount tendered. I hit any key then it goes to the next purchase. Thanks in advance! Chris

Hello, will a RS232 cash drawer work under Windows XP. If not is there a work around?
