I'm working on a web self checkout version of dhpos.
What Features would you like to see in this first version?
I have it using the stock table right now I've got to make one change to the look up screen so that it displays The bar code numbers.
I'm also going add be able to suspend This is not the first time the sale Have it print a bar code so you can take it to another register and pull up the. I'm also going to add employees gift cards Customer accounts. For now the credit card Will automatically add the amount of the sale and you just click enter using a touch screen or a keyboard. Credit card processing could be added but that's not my main goal right now Since I'm doing this just for fun not for an actual retail business at the moment I have no knowledge of credit card processing or programming if somebody wants to throw their hat in to help me add credit card processing that would be great or help me with the actual program since it's all web based driven right now. Some people may think I'm crazy but I'm also using ChatGPT for Windows to write the actual program It's doing a good job. Here in the next couple weeks I will release the files so that you guys can test them They work locally I have not added networking capability yet so if you guys want to add comments of what features you would like I can try to get ChatGPT to add them.
