Selling tickets

This is positively the last beta test of this feature, unless someone finds a booboo in it. I am planning on uploading the release version on Saturday night, I cannot work on it Friday or Saturday unless I want to stay up until 3:00a.m. So there will be no more tinkering with it before it is uploaded.

In BETA 7 I have made printing of the ticket receipt and tickets much faster unless you are using APRINT?.EXE to control the print stream. I have also fixed two problems in the KITCHEN.EXE program
