how do you get the PURCHASE program to save your order to disk or that you can print it on another printer or email it to your supplier what you require?

Creating and printing / saving a purchase order is a two step process.
First from the main "Purchase" menu you use option "3. Create purchase order" to create your purchase order and save it to an archive.
Now use option "5. View purchase order" to retrieve your purchase order from the archive and display it on the screen. While the PO is displayed you press "[TAB] = Print or save" and you will be offered the option to print the PO on your printer or to save it as a text file. If you choose to save it you must give it a file name and then it will be saved in the same folder you use to store my POS program or you may change the drive letter and it will be saved in the root of that drive.
