Hi, is there anyone here? I hope there is.
Just want to ask is there anyway to remove cashier number?
We are going to use the receipt number a lot, and having a cashier number beside the receipt number is kind of confusing.
For example:
STORE NAME
STORE ADDRESS
------------------------------------------
TRANS CASHIER TIME
8806 15 NONAME 15:44 <===== there's receipt number and cashier number here. i need the cashier number to be removed.
------------------------------------------
DESCRIPTION PRICE
Goods 1 1 13000
Goods 2 1 6000
------------------------------------------
2
SUB TOTAL 19000
0
TOTAL 19000
0.00
------------------------------------------
CASH TENDERED 20000
CHANGE DUE 1000
Thank you! Please come again.

Re: Remove cashier number
If you want to continue to use the Track Employee feature, yet just remove their ID from the receipt. There is no feature in the program to do this.
To remove the number you'd need to disable the Track Employee feature.
Other wise, employee education is your only solution.
Training Class for Identifying a Transaction Number Course 101
1. Read the numbers from left to right until you encounter a <SPACE>.
2. Upon reaching the <SPACE>, stop. You have successfully found the Transaction number.
Once explained, customers are also quick to pick-up this technique.
