networking and closing receipt..read manual...still ?

in the manual it says that you should be able to print a closing receipt that shows the sales of all registers by running POS from the GLOBAL folder after closing all of the LOCAL POS registers.

this isn't working for me. tracking inventory and everything else is working fine.

am I going to have to just print a closing receipt for each register and add them up? which will work okay....but if POS will really print a comprehensive closing receipt from the GLOBAL then that would be much better

You have to make sure that you close out the local registers before you close out the global register. In that case the closing report on the global register should have the the totals for all the registers.
