Just what is the correct way of upgrading the pos? Do you just copy over everything with the new one? I mean, I have no clue. Thanks guys

Dropping the download file into the same folder that you are using for the older version of the POS program and then unzipping / extracting it will upgrade POS just fine.
HOWEVER!!!
There is always the possibility that I have seriously screwed up the new version and you will wish that you could go back to a time when the POS program, you know, actually worked.
To allow going back to the old version what you should do is make a POS_OLD folder on your computer and then copy the <U>WHOLE</U> current POS folder there before you download the new version file. Then if something unfortunate happens all you have to do is to copy the POS_OLD folder back into the POS folder you normally use to restore everything back to the previous version.
