Hanged for a while.

POS hanged while entering purchase. We hit esc key several times without success. Leave it for a while, and then it goes back to normal.

Hanged for about how long? Are you using this on a network? What kind of computer (speed) what version of Windows?

A minute. No network. 3GB hard disk space, I guess it's not a Pentium. Windows 95.

make sure you are not running POS on the network! Run it localy!
