Report and Receiving Features Suggestions

Just some features on my head

-Item reports cannot be searched by date/time. This is very useful in looking at sales in a particular date/time.
-The receiving program cannot preserve the packing slip/vendor's' reciept data (Vendor/Invoice) since the .RCV file should be deleted after every reading. A stored supplier's recipt should also be searchable for contents. Storing a suppliers' receipts as well as searching for its contents is useful for comparing the multiple suppliers' prices.

Any inputs?
